Now that I've watched all MMFF films. It's time to do my biased ranking. Uumpisahan ko from the bottom to top.
8. Kabisera.★
Maganda ang tema dahil tungkol sa Extra-Judicial killing na napapanahon naman. Kaso, ang tuyot ng script. Ang awkward ng mga biruan at batuhan ng dayalog. Nakakakilabot din yung akting ng mga pulis saka reporters. Hindi kaya ni Nora Aunor at ni Ricky Davao isalba ang pelikulang ito.
